Science Alert Bulletin WI-1996/08 - Update
The episode of moderate amplitude volcanic tremor that commenced at White Island at ca. 18:00h NZST on Friday 26 July ended at about midnight 28/29 July. Since then only low level of intermittent tremor has been recorded. There have been no reports of any eruptive activity at White Island over the weekend, or today.
We advise the Alert Level remains at 1.
